  • Battery:

    • Small portable remote → Coin cell battery

    • Large portable remote → AAA batteries

  • ⚠️ Requires Wi-Fi Box power connection

    Return shipping cost to Korea must be covered by the buyer

  • When registering a remote:
    All previously registered remotes must be deleted and re-registered

  • Maximum number of connections: 3 total
    (Remote + SYNC + Wi-Fi combined)

  • Before purchasing a remote:
    Please confirm that the receiver is installed inside the door lock


🔹 Important Notice Regarding “Product Defect” Claims

Most customers who claim a product defect are actually experiencing issues due to
incorrect remote registration procedures.

  • Actual remote defect rate:
    Approximately 1–2 units per 10,000 units sold

▶ Mandatory Registration Procedure

  1. Delete all previously registered remotes from the door lock

  2. Proceed with remote re-registration

  3. If re-registration fails:

    • Disassemble the in-body unit

    • Check whether the internal receiver is red

  4. If the receiver is red:

    • Registration requires pressing the small corner button inside the receiver

  5. After registration:

    • Unlock the door 2–3 times using a PIN code or RF card

    • This finalizes synchronization and enables normal operation

▶ If the remote still does not work

  • The issue may be caused by:

    • A defective receiver, or

    • A malfunctioning main control board of the door lock

    → Please request assistance from the local partner company

  • On-site service fees will apply


🔹 Return Approval Policy (Mandatory)

If you claim a receiver defect:

⚠️ You must submit a full, unedited video showing
the entire setup process from start to finish, performed by yourself.
